Prince Harry turns 40 with birthday wishes from King Charles, Prince William and Princess Kate
Prince Harry celebrated a milestone birthday on Sept. 15, one he said he was "excited" to celebrate.
Harry, the youngest child of King Charles III and the late Princess Diana, is now 40.
"I was anxious about 30, I’m excited about 40," Harry, the Duke of Sussex, said in a statement to the BBC, ahead of his birthday.
"Whatever the age, my mission is to continue showing up and doing good in the world."
On his birthday, Harry received well wishes on social media from his family, even as he continues to have a distant relationship with his father and his brother, Prince William.
The official Instagram account of Britain's royal family shared a photo of Harry on Sunday along with the caption, "Wishing The Duke of Sussex a very happy 40th birthday today!"
