I cannot imagine that in the time it's been available online for purchase (SIX YEARS!), that someone *hasn't* pointed it out to the author -- and clearly, the author has not taken the time to fix that formatting error. I might have been more lenient about this, but $40 is a lot for a softcover book with a significant printing error.

* 1 star deducted because, as noted by another reviewer, the timeline of the writing is really sloppy. There were some parts that would leap backwards in time 2+ years then fast-forward again, so there were sections where I wasn't sure what year things were happening.
